The original Industrial Electric Reels (IER) D- E - F - H - J - M Series "Spring O' Matic" Reels were built from 1948 through 2006. They were proven in a wide range of heavy-duty cable reeling applications Thousands of Spring O' Matic reels are still in use all over the world. These reels began to be superceded by our new, updated 1900-2400 PowerReel and 3200-4200 Series PowerReel beginnning in 2001 and are now obsolete.
